Chequers Capital, a leading private equity firm in the European mid-market buyout segment, has acquired a majority stake in Conformgest from Vam Investments, a leading private equity investor in Italy. The founding family, Diego and Corrado Pinzano, together with the management team, has reinvested in the company with a minority stake.

Conformgest is a national and European leader in the provision of after-sales services for the secondary market vehicles, thanks to a comprehensive service designed for dealers.
