Mindful Capital Partners, a leading private equity firm in Italy, has partially sold its stake in Eurmoda to Aurora Growth Capital, a prominent Italian private equity fund manager. At the same time, Aurora Growth Capital carried out a dedicated capital increase to finance the acquisition of additional strategic target companies. The minority shareholders of Eurmoda have fully sold their stakes.

Eurmoda is a group specialized in the production of metal accessories for leather goods, such as bags and belts. The group boasts a strong customer base with established relationships with leading luxury brands.
